NBS took over leasing companies

The decision on application of Law on financial leasing, which refers to issuing of permits and agreements of NBS, was put in effect yesterday. That decision regulates the conditions on the basis of which NBS issues both permits for certain activities to economic organizations and agreements to the leasing givers on the decisions on naming of control persons, i.e. persons with special authorizations.

Thus, starting October 3rd, NBS will have jurisdiction over the leasing companies. Starting that day, the founders of such companies are obliged to submit requests for issuing of licenses for carrying out of works that include company’s founding act, proof that it paid the founding capital to the temporary account in a bank, as well as proof of personnel and technical capability and three-year work program.
