Lecture of Nobel prize recipient Riccardo Valentini at University of Novi Sad

As part of international cooperation, the Institute of Lowland Forestry and Environment (ILFE) in Novi Sad is organizing visits and lectures of Nobel prize recipient Riccardo Valentini of the Tuscia University in Italy, who is also a director at the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change, and FAO UN expert Ivan Ivanovich Vasenev, the head of the Ecology Department at the Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy, from March 27 through 29, 2019.


Valentini's lecture is titled “Smart Technologies of Environmental Monitoring”, whereas Vasenev will hold a lecture titled “Spatio-Temporal Variability in Soils Regimes and Functions”.

The lectures will be held on March 28, 2019, at the amphitheater of the University of Novi Sad Rectorate, beginning at 10 am.
