New sale of HI Prvi Maj Cacak advertised – Initial price reduced to RSD 70 million

The bankruptcy supervisor has advertised a new sale of HI Prvi Maj. The Cacak-based company will try to find a new owner once again, as there have not been interested purchasers so far, eKapija learns.

The initial price has therefore been lowered from the previous attempts at a sale (RSD 160.5 million, RSD 140 million, RSD 120 million and RSD 100 million) has been lowered to RSD 70 million.

The property consists of 28 items and as the bankruptcy supervisor, Vesna Stankovic Vasovic, says for our portal, all property is in good condition.

The total area of the facilities, without the traffic routes, is 10,582 square meters.

The new public bidding will be held on April 8, 2019, at 12 o’clock at the Commercial Court in Cacak.
