Pančevo-based “Utva” continued delivery of parts for rocket-carrier "Ariana 5" to Belgium-based company S.A.B.C.A. in 2005. This rocket is used for launching of commercial satellites. "Utva" delivers about ten different parts to the partner from Belgium. The most important among them is plating for additional engine of "Ariana 5", which is produced by several European companies. Cooperation was established in 2002 through Embassy of SCG in Brussels. Special aluminum blocks are sent from Belgium to Pančevo where they are processed on the numeric machine. In their original state, these blocks weigh about 100 kg, whereas, after the processing, as ready-made parts, they weigh only 10 kg. (Pregled)
