Reconstructed Bajmok border crossing to open on February 7
This is one of the eight border crossings between Serbia and Hungary, the modernization of which will improve the quality of travel for passengers and the quality of life for the local populace and facilitate operations for the customs service and the police, the Ministry of Finance of Serbia announced.
As said, the crossing has been built in line with the highest standards and features everything needed for the functioning of passenger traffic and efficient operations of customs services.
EUR 2.1 million was invested in the works, of which EUR 1.8 million from the EU pre-accession funds, whereas slightly over EUR 300,000 was provided through national co-financing.
The beneficiary of the project is the Customs Administration of Serbia.
