First two-way ATM for cryptocurrencies in Novi Sad

The increased interest in cryptocurrencies in Serbia has resulted in the installation of the first two-way cryptocurrency ATM in Novi Sad, at the IDEA Liman store at 53a Narodnog Fronta Street. The ATM enables the purchase of the most popular cryptocurrencies in the world – bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum and the sale of bitcoin and litecoin currencies.

The number of users of these currencies is constantly growing, and the increased availability of ATMs will contribute to a quicker expansion of the user pool.

– The first phones with installed cryptowallet apps have appeared in the global market. This also shows that the demand is increasing. The possibility of introducing additional cryptocurrencies will therefore be considered – said Marko Matanovic, Business Development Manager at ECD Group.

The installation of the first such ATM in Serbia in early 2018, at IDEA London in Belgrade, has shown that the citizens of Serbia are increasingly interested in using these currencies.

There are over 50 million users in the world, and ECD expects the number of users to increase compared to 2018, according to the current trend.
