AGNS Invest, a member of Aleksandar Group, is completing the works on the construction of comfortable modern apartments in the Kapija Vracara facility. This company, which has been operating in the Serbian market for over two decades, has so far built around 300,000 m2 of residential and office space in Novi Sad and Belgrade, as their own investments, and they are currently completing the construction of a modern residential-commercial complex of 40,000 m2 in Juzni Blvd in Belgrade.
The facility consists of three underground and nine above-ground floors. The underground part of the complex features a common garage on three levels, whereas the above-ground section faces four streets and is split into units A, B and C. On the Juzni Blvd side, the first floors of the units are connected by footbridges.
– As a new residential-commercial complex in Vracar, this facility offers 251 residential units of various structures, from one-and-a-half- to five-room apartments and penthouse units. The Kapija Vracara complex is characterized by the quality of form and aesthetics, energy efficiency and the use of high quality materials – AGNS Invest points out.
In line with global trends in construction and in order to secure efficient air flow and plenty of sunlight, the facility features a developed area on the parcel itself connecting Juzni Blvd and Brace Radovanovic Street. The facility is primarily residential in nature, whereas the ground floors and parts of the first floors are meant for commercial features.
A remarkable degree of energy efficiency has been secured through the use of high quality materials.
