Vladimir Popović – new Director General of company "SAP West Balkans"
Company SAP, the global leader in the domain of business software, has announced that Vladimir Popović took the position of the Director General in the company’s branch office “SAP West Balkans” with the headquarters in Belgrade on Monday, May 4th, 2009.
Popović will be intensively engaged on cooperation with local "SAP" users, as well as with improvement of business efficiency.
- Being familiar with "SAP" solutions and the company’s devotion to help the users improve their efficiency, I am absolutely sure that the current reality offers us a plenty of opportunities – said Vladimir Popović after he took on the position.
Before he was appointed as the Director General of the company, Popović used to work on sale of "SAP" solutions on the territories of Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia and Western Balkans, as well as on cooperation with strategic partners of company SAP in the region. Before he started to work for company "SAP", Vladimir Popović had spent more than eight years working in international IT industry. He came to "SAP" from company "UC4 Softver" where he was responsible for the territory of Central and East Europe and Near East.
