The P-911 “Tisa” submarine, produced in the former Yugoslavia in the 1980s, which arrived to Belgrade in June, will be turned into a museum.

The so-called midget submarine, which arrived to the Serbian capital from Boka Kotorska, is one of the six submarines designed by Brodarski Institut Zagreb with the purpose of laying small minefields and transporting naval special forces and built between 1981 and 1986. They were all named after Yugoslav rivers.

Yugoslavia was one of the 11 countries in the world to produce submarines.
