Belgrade Waterfront wins European Property Award in best mixed purpose project category
The Belgrade Waterfront project competed with the best European projects in the field of real estate.
– We are extremely proud of this acknowledgment and the fact that our vision has been recognized outside Southeast Europe – said Nikola Nedeljkovic, CEO of Belgrade Waterfront.
The European Property Awards are a part of the International Property Awards, which cover Africa, Asia, the Pacific, the Arabian peninsula, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, Great Britain and the United States of America. Companies apply within their region and are graded by an independent jury of 80 real estate experts based on the design, quality, services, innovations, originality and sustainability.
As one of the projects to receive five stars at the regional European Property Awards, Belgrade Waterfront has been directly nominated for further competition with other five-star companies from other regions for the International Property Awards. The international winners for 2018 will be announced at the official ceremony on December 3 in London, when they will be awarded with the World's Best designation.
