Construction of multifunctional combat sports court in Kosutnjak in early 2019

The construction of new, modern facilities aiming to create better conditions for the development of sports in Serbia is to begin in the area of the sports complex of the Institute of Sport and Sports Medicine in Belgrade, which also features laboratories of sports medicine and psychology, an INDOC department and the Center for Motor Ability Research and Analytic in Sports.

According to the urban project, the construction of a modern multifunctional combat sports court should begin in early 2019 in Kosutnjak. The sports featured will be taekwondo, wrestling, judo and karate, and the premises will also be available to the Sport Climbing Federation and the Shooting Sport Federation of Serbia.


The reconstruction of the management building of the Institute should be completed in late 2019, whereby the laboratories for sports medicine, psychology and analytic and the INDOC department would be connected, all to the end of raising the level of service within this unique sports institution.
