SBRA introduces electronic service for establishing single-member limited liability companies
The procedure is entirely carried out over the internet and beside reducing the need to go to the counter or send the documents by mail, e-registration is cheaper than the regular one, the announcement said.
Electronic service fees payments are done exclusively with payment cards but it`s cheaper by RSD 1,400 than the fee required for “paper” registration.
E-registration form can be submitted by a company member, that is, its founder, either a domestic or foreign persons or domestic legal entities who file the registration through their registered representatives or attorneys.
Future businessmen who decide to register online first need to access SBRA`s central registration system and create a user account or I they already signed in, then they just need to log into the system.
E-registration needs to have a certified electronic signature which is used for other documents submitted as well.
Thanks to the unified registration system, e-registration applicants submit to SBRA the company establishment form, the form for obtaining Tax Identification Number (“PIB”) and VAT registration and at the same time they send data on the member of the company establishing employment at the said company to the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Serbia .
