Kleemann to build new commercial building in 2019 – Investment worth around EUR 4 million

Kleemann GmbH is planning a construction of a new commercial building within its production complex in Simanovci in 2019.

As eKapija found out, the worth of the investment is around EUR 4 million.

– Due to the expansion of our existing capacities for the production of lifts and lift components and logistics needs , we have decided to build a new commercial building, the sources from Kleemann told eKapija.

The planned size of the building is around 12,000 m2. The construction is currently in the phase of site preparation and field works. The main contractor has not been chosen yet.

According to sources in Kleemann, the company plans to remain a leader in their field and to keep one-third of this growing market in Serbia.
