Landscape design in residential-business complexes trending up in Belgrade – Beovrt plans greater foreign market presence

As of late, Beovrt company is greeting all their clients on a new location. It shares its business location in Ostruznica and closely works with Urban Garden company, which offers a wide range of plants. According to the company, the new setting inspires not only Beovrt designers but their clients as well because they can use their new surroundings to present various plants that might become a part of a certain project.

Located at Savska Street 2j, Beovrt also offers counseling services, available in all departments in the company, for everyone who is unsure and needs that extra bit of motivation or just a good advice on decorating private green areas.

Design services in the domain of landscape architecture - including decoration of private garden plots, decoration of business and residential complexes, decoration of green areas along motorways, biodecoration of interiors and designing green walls; performing works in the green areas and landscape maintenance are activities for which Beovrt is renowned as an exceptional and reliable associate.

Having in mind the expansion of residential-business complexes in Belgrade, decoration of green areas within those complexes is currently one of the most common landscaping projects Beovrt works on. Interest in green wall designs in both public and private areas is booming.

Exotic plant species in Serbia

Beovrt provides help with maintaining exotic plants. According to the company, when it comes to public areas, certain exotic plant species could, in an appropriate setting and with adequate care, become accustomed to our climate. We shouldn’t neglect to mention the climate changes that will probably make that happen, Beovrt said.

– As far as private gardening is concerned, there's an increased demand for olive, citrus and palm trees and the like, which still have to be brought in during winter here. In a similar way, we could also grow bananas but we would have to protect them from frost. Bananas could grow in shielded spots in open green areas, and would have to be provided adequate protection, the company explained.

They told eKapija that out of their future plans, bigger presence in foreign markets certainly posed a challenge.
