Spatial plan for highway from Pozega to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the works

As eKapija portal learns, the Government of Serbia has reached a decision on the preparation of a Spatial Plan of the special purpose area for the construction of highway E-761 section from Pozega to Uzice to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The provisional boundary of the spatial plan covers the territory of the city of Uzice and parts of the territories of Pozega and Cajetina municipalities. The final boundary of the spatial plan will be defined in the draft of the spatial plan.

The deadline for drafting the Spatial plan is 12 months from the date when the decision comes into effect.

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure will provide the funding for the design of the Spatial plan. According to rough estimates, the funds required will amount to RSD 19,980,000, VAT included.


The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure is the main designer of the Spatial plan. They must obtain the opinions, conditions and consent from the statutory authorities and organizations and ensure the cooperation and adjustment of positions with the relevant entities involved in planning.
