Reconstruction of Clinical Center of Serbia to start in September – Works to be completed in 2022

The reconstruction of the Clinical Center of Serbia will start in September, announced Minister of Health Zlatibor Loncar.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic recently visited the health institution, where preparatory works on the construction of the new tower and the reconstruction of the existing building of the Clinical Center are in progress.

Let us remind that the agreement on the reconstruction has been signed, and the contractors are obliged to submit a banking guarantee to the European Investment Bank, which is funding the project, by August 24.

A total of 86,000 square meters will be built in the first phase, there will be over 300 beds, 150 intensive care beds, an emergency center and modern diagnostics.

The contractor is a consortium consisting of GH Holding and Delta Inzenjering, and the plan is for the works to be completed by 2022.
