Fruit yogurt from Suvobor – specialized dairy "Bodri" opened in Takovo

“Bodri”, the specialized dairy for production of fruit yogurt, has been opened in Takovo as the result of joint investments of Essen-based dairy “Borgman”, Germany, and Ljubiša Drinjaković from Takovo.

Drinjaković said to Beta agency that the investments in the dairy amounted to 1.2m EUR, and that the dairy had 7 workers at the moment.

According to his words, the dairy will be refining 2,500 liters of milk a day with the optimal production capacities of 5,000 liters, and the only product will be fruit yogurt "charms of fruit", which is made of milk and fruit from the eco-area of Suvobor mountain, without any additives.


He pointed out that the contracts for long-term production would be signed with the manufacturers of milk and fruit, and that the yogurt would satisfy all world standards.

Drinjaković, who graduated from a faculty of technology in Germany and specialized for milk processing, said that the yogurt from "Bodri" would be first offered to the local market.
