United Media filed a request for authorization of the purchase of a 100% stake in the company Direct Media in the markets of Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania to the Commission for Protection of Competition on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, which also includes a request for authorization of purchase of terrestrial TV stations Pink BiH and Pink Crna Gora by Direct Media, the company announced.
