NLB group banks of Serbia, united from January, 1st

From January, 1st, all members of NLB group of Serbia will be united and will be active under the name NLB bank Belgrade.

“From 2009, all members of NLB group of Serbia, NLB Continental bank in Novi Sad and NLB LHB bank Belgrade will start to act together under the name NLB bank Belgrade”, according to today’s business and finance magazine “Finance”.

Capital of joint banks is 70 million euros, and payment balanace is 465 million euros, which is a little bit more compared to the balance sum of NLB Bank Domzale in the end of 2007.

NLB bank didn’t announce the name of the manager who will have 950 employees and 120 business units.

President of the Executive Board of NLB Continental bank is Zoran Djurovic, and Srdjan Brajovic is President in NLB LHB bank.
