Plast and Metal Balkans to initiate production in Paracin in May – French producer of precision mechanics announces first employee training courses

The French producer of precision mechanics from the Plast & Metal cluster will employ the first workers at its company in Paracin in 2018.

Plast and Metal Balkans was founded in Paracin in December 2017 and will start producing this May, whereas the official opening will be organized in September, the Office for Local Economic Development of Paracin told eKapija.

As they explained, the company will organize the first employee training courses at the parent company in France this April, in cooperation with the National Employment Service.

The producer of precision mechanics bought a 500-m2 hall in the industrial zone in Paracin, where 20 workers will be employed by the end of 2020.

The equipping of the hall is in progress, and as they say at the Office, the majority of the products will be exported to France and the EU.

Plast & Metal France consists of five companies which process plastic and metal. As representatives of the local self-government explained for our portal, other companies from the cluster are interested in opening facilities in Paracin, and the current plan is to raise a building which might house them.
