Electronic payment of court fees to be enabled
Last year, thousands of citizens paid RSD 6.85 billion in court fees, and 20% of the amount, around RSD 1.37 billion, went to the ministry.
The ministry explains that, of the collected amounted, 40% is put into current court expenditures, except for court staff and public prosecution staff expenditures, and 20% is put into improving the financial standing of court and public prosecution employees.
So far, online payment of various administrative fees has been enabled, such as, for example, fees for personal documents, vehicle registration renewal, company registration, land register database search and filing tax bill requests.
