Pupin Telecom seeking purchaser for TC hall in Zemun for the fourth time – New terms of sale, initial price at EUR 1.7 million
Although there were interested purchasers at the first two calls for the sale, nobody applied for the auction for the TC hall of nearly 7,000 m2 in Zemun. As no purchaser was found at the latest, third attempt at a sale either, the facility is now to be put up for sale through bid collection instead of a public auction.
The initial price of the office facility within the complex of the former Elektronska Industrija (EI) Nis Holding Korporacija amounts to around EUR 1.7 million this time.
