"Communis" became a part of British DDB - association document signed
(Christos Papapolyzos and Ivan Stanković)
Marketing agency "Communis" will become a member of a big DDB family at the beginning of year 2009 and it will operate under the name of "Communis/DDB Beograd". The association and cooperation document was signed in Belgrade by the CEO of DDB for southeast Europe, Christos Papapolyzos, and Ivan Stanković, President and the owner of "Communis", on November 12th.
Christos Papapolyzos, the CEO of DDB, greeted the merger with the following words:
- The agreement with "Communis" reinforces our intentions to strengthen our position in Serbia as the world's leading communication network and, thus, provide even better services to our clients in this part of the world. We are very satisfied with the fact that "Communis" became our partner because it is the agency that is trusted by the clients and has exceptional results in the past.”
Ivan Stanković, the President and the owner of "Communis", said that he was very satisfied with that agreement and with "Communis'" comeback into an international chain.
- My opinion is that the new symbiosis will take the best from the both sides - creativity and persistence from the local partner and new know-how and clients from the foreign partner.
Both sides immediately started preparations for the next year by analysing and reviewing the needs, capacities and power in both staff and media potentials. Their joint goal is to make "Communis/DDB" one of the top three agencies in Serbia.
