Stara Pazova to get new industrial zone at 150 ha
- Following the adoption of the new spatial plan, Municipality of Stara Pazova will get nearly 150 ha of new building zone and it will be able to meet the demands of the potential investors - said the Mayor of Stara Pazova, Goran Jović, at "Investexpo".
Stara Pazova has the exceptional geostrategic position since two highways and Airport "Nikola Tesla" are situated in its vicinity. Starting from November 7th, it will also have about 15 ha of free industrial land to auction.
- We will do our best to be at the service of all those whose business plans offer jobs for large number of people from the territory of Stara Pazova because the unemployment is the municipality's most serious problem. We spoke to company "Mercedes", which opened the center for commercial vehicles in industrial zone Krnješevci ten days ago - said Jović and added that the negotiations about development of big logistic center were underway with Austrian partner, as well as negotiations with several Italian and Swedish companies and Lithanian company "Alita", which plans to move production of BIP beer to Stara Pazova.
Stara Pazova represents all of its economic potentials, primarily industrial zones and new spatial plan, at the Investment Fair. As it was announced at the booth of that municipality, Stara Pazova is going to sign the contract with National Alliance for Local Development (NALED) on November 6 in order to obtain the certificate that this municipality is the suitable place for investors.
