SEAF additionally capitalized "Logo" with over 1m EUR
For the sake of further development of business, company "Logo" has made the decision about additional capitalization in association with investment fund SEAF. In that way, SEAF will help development of the company with over 1m EUR.
According to the words of Miodrag Veljković, the President of the Administrative Board of company "Logo", the money from additional capitalization will be invested in production capacities in the factory in Borča and in software capacities.
Nikola Stefanović, the Deputy Director General of SEAF fund, pointed out that that fund would have 41% of ownership in company "Logo". He explained that that percentage might vary since it depended on the performances of company "Logo" over the next few years, but it should not exceed 41%.
Company "Logo" is the third company in Serbia additionally capitalized by SEAF fund. Nikola Stefanović announced additional capitalization of another company in Serbia by the end of the year.
