C&LC Group new owner of Betonjerka in Sombor

Betonjerka in Sombor is getting a new owner. As Vecernje Novosti reports, the Ministry of Economy signed an agreement on the sale of 75% of the total capital with C&LC Group on January 25, 2018, and the company is to pay EUR 542,000 for the Sombor factory.

Before the agreement was signed, the Ministry of Economy solicited an opinion from the Ministry of Finance – Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering in order to determine whether there are any obstacles on the side of the purchaser that might prevent the signing of the agreement.

The public auction and bid collection ended in December 2017. Previously, local media reported that there had been no interested purchasers at the previous invitation either, but the Ministry has now confirmed to eKapija that Betonjerka has a new owner.
