The City Council of Leskovac has adopted the feasibility study of the compensation-free lease of the facility in the former Sintetika location, owned by the city, to the business entity Jeanci Serbia.

The explanation says that the Turkish investor will equip its clothes factory in this location, and the head of the City Administration, Milos Cvetanovic, said that “this move primarily aims to employ 350 new workers”.

– The facility and the accompanying plot of land are leased to the Turkish company for a period of twenty years and eleven months – Cvetanovic added.

He also said that the decree allowed state aid to amount to up to 50% of the investments and that it would equal RSD 1,430,770 for the Jeanci investment.
