"Fondiaria" takes over remaining 16.68% of stocks of DDOR Novi Sad
Italian insurance company "Fondiaria SAI" wants to take over remaining 16.68% of stocks of Novi Sad-based Insurance and Reinsurance Company DDOR.
According to the announcement, Italian company wants to buy total of 352,701 stocks. "Fondiaria SAI" bought 83.3% of capital of DDOR Novi Sad in November 2007 for 220m EUR. That Italian company was the only bidder on the tender for sale of the package of stocks of DDOR.
"Fondiaria" is going to announce the bid for takeover of the remaining stocks as soon as the Securities Commission gives its consent.
