Energoprojekt Visokogradnja to build Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade – Job worth EUR 28.3 million
The agreement with the company Empiret was signed on November 24, it was announced by the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The value of this job is EUR 28.3 million without VAT. The deadline for the realization of the project is 420 calendar days, the press release adds.
The Chinese Cultural Center will be built in the location of the former Chinese embassy, demolished during the NATO bombing in 1999.
The cultural center, with a total area of 32.3 thousand square meters, will contain commercial space, 19 apartments, 35 rooms for employees and guests and 241 parking spaces, of which 218 in the two-tier underground garage and 23 outdoor parking spaces.
