Central Registry cancelled 1,606 stocks of Metals bank



- Central Securities Registry has cancelled 0.47% of total number of stocks issued by Metals bank - Novi Sad-based bank published on the web site of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Based on the Rules of operations of Central Registry and submitted documentation, total of 1,606 stocks of Metals bank, a member of the A listing of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, have been cancelled, so that its stock capital now amounts to 339,749 stocks.
Metals bank has announced that the agenda of the Assembly that is scheduled for the last day of this month includes making of decision about issuing of common stocks from XXIII issue for the sake of increase in basic capital.
Realization of that issue will increase number of stocks by 81,000, to 420,749. The funds collected through additional capitalization will be invested in development of new products and services, as well as in improvement of competitiveness in the market.
