Committee on Finance initiates election of new president of Council of the Governor – Mandate of Nebojsa Savic expires

The Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of the National Assembly of Serbia has determined the cessation of Nebojsa Savic's function of the president of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia due to the expiration of the five-year mandate.

At the same session, the cessation of the function of Djordje Jevtic as the director of the Administration for Supervision of Financial Institutions of the NBS, due to the expiration of the mandate, was also determined.

The Committee will initiate the procedure of the election of the new director of the Administration for Supervision of Financial Institutions of the NBS and the president of the Council of the Governor of the NBS, in line with the law.
