EAR backed 21 projects worth 1.4m EUR within the scope of third invitation of Neighboring program Romania-Serbia

- European Agency for Reconstruction has backed 21 projects worth 1.4m EUR within the scope of the third invitation of the Neighboring program Romania-Serbia - Marćel Bajka, the representative of that program, said today in Vršac.
He said that there had been 124 projects competing for the funds and that it was the first time that the number of good projects was bigger than the available funds.
- These are the projects worth between 50,000 and 300,000 EUR, and the biggest of the approved projects is worth about 180,000 EUR - Bajka added.
Next winter, as he explained, the new open competition will be organized and all citizens from the regions of North Banat, Central Banat, South Banat, Braničevo and Bor will be able to apply for the funds.
