Sale of property of Takovo Osiguranje postponed

As the liquidation manager of Takovo Osiguranje, the Deposit Insurance Agency has postponed the sale of the company’s property, scheduled for October 24, 2017.

The sale has been postponed based on the decision reached by the Commercial Court of Kragujevac in line with the complaints filed by the shareholders of the liquidation debtor Auto Takovo.

Let us remind that the sale of property was advertised on September 20, pertaining to, among other items, outlets, apartments and office buildings in Kragujevac, as well as office space in Svilajnac and Gornji Milanovac. The initial prices of these pieces of real estate ranged from EUR 12,000 to EUR 1.6 million.

In addition to this debtor’s property, the sale of the real estate of Univerzal Banka, Sim Osiguranje, Jugobanka and Beobanka was also advertised at the time.
