Only bid for purchase of 57.74% of capital of Tobacco Factory Bujanovac submitted by "Philip Morris"

Based on the analysis of qualification and additional documentation of the only bidder on the tender and on the opinion of the adviser of the Privatization Agency, the Tender commission has stated that bidder Philip Morris Participations B.V. Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands, meets qualification terms defined in the Public invitation and in the Manual for bidders.

Financial and legal advisers of the Privatization Agency will evaluate the bid within next 30 days. The results of the evaluation will be presented to the members of the Tender commission at the next meeting of the Tender commission.
