EBRD backs construction of "corridor 10" with about 150m EUR
Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetković said that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) would help construction of "corridor 10" on the road section between Niš and Dimitrovgrad with about 150m EUR.
President of EBRD, Thomas Mirow, said that that international financial institution would be investing between 250 and 290m EUR in Serbia on annual basis in order for the Government to be able to implement all of its projects.
After the meeting with the new President of EBRD, Mirko Cvetković said at the press conference that he talked with Mirow about financial arrangements related to construction of "corridor 10" and road network in Serbia, reconstruction of railway infrastructure and costruction of "corridor 7".
Cvetković also said that they had talked about EBRD's assistance in attracting of foreign investors in Serbia and EBRD's aid in financing of the projects of local self-government.
