Draft law on National Academy for Public Administration adopted
The most important new feature of this draft law, which has been submitted to the National Assembly of Serbia, is that it will be a binding act for the highest officials as well – ministers, presidents of municipalities and mayors – and this type of education is to be organized systemically on both the state level and the local level.
The National Academy will be an independent institution, supervised by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and will be able to sign agreements on cooperation with the leading world universities.
