Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic signed an agreement on air traffic between Serbia and Morocco with Minister of Tourism, Air Transport, Craft and Social Economy of Morocco Mohamed Sajid on Friday, September 15, 2017.
The two ministers estimated that there were great possibilities for a further enhancement of the economic cooperation.
– Serbia and Morocco have great diplomatic relations, and I believe that we will have good results in the field of economic cooperation as well, seeing how the possibilities are great. The signing of this agreement is a step towards achieving a better economic cooperation between the two countries – Mihajlovic stated while signing the agreement, her cabinet reported.
Deputy Prime Minister suggested to Minister Sajid to organize a gathering of the two countries' businessmen, considering that, as she pointed out, the investment potentials are huge.
– Morocco, as well as Serbia, is located between the East and the West. I am sure that our cooperation in both tourism and other branches can and should be much better – Mihajlovic pointed out.
Minister Sajid thanked the deputy prime minister for, as he said, her willingness and desire to work together on establishing better economic relations.
– Even though our political relations are excellent, our economic cooperation should be brought to another level. My visit and the signing of this agreement aim to further develop our economic relations – Sajid said.
