Securities Commission blocks voting rights of Energoprojekt in Entel and Garant

The Securities Commission has reported that it reached the decision at yesterday's session to block the voting rights of Energoprojekt Holding in its subsidiaries Energoprojekt Garant and Energoprojekt Entel, as the company Napred with related persons had failed to submit an offer for the takeover of these companies in line with the law, Wisebroker reports.

The commission ordered the Central Securities Depository to block the voting rights of these shareholders upon reception of the decision, whereas Napred and related persons have been given 30 days to announce takeover bids in line with the law, Wisebroker writes.
