Belgrade – 216 apartments in Borča Greda, Gemax's complex near Cvijićevea Street and new housing project in Franca Rozmana Street, on Vračar

Construction of emergency apartments will start in Spring 2006 in Borča Greda, whereas apartment-business complex will be built at the corner of Cvijićeva, Đure Đakovića and Porečka Street on Palilula. The Directorate for Building Land and Construction is the financier of the emergency apartments. There will be 4 facilities with 216 apartments and 6 outlets. Each apartment will have its parking place – said Biljana Kostić from the bCity Planning Institute of Belgrade.

The area of 40a near Cvijićeva Street will be divided into 3 building lots where facilities with ground floor and 6 or 7 storeys will be built. The investor is Gemax, the project designer is Goran Vojvodić, while the city planning project has been elaborated by company Urbanplan.

Public presentation of the project for parcel on the location between Franca Rozmana, general Rojevskog, Riječke and Dragana Pavlovića Street on Vračar passed successfully. That location will be used for construction of the housing project.
