Hungarians, Croats, Russians and Czechs racing to purchase the hotel company Boka Herceg Novi (Hotels Plaza, Igalo, Tamaris...)

Five foreign companies applied for the tender concerning the purchase of the hotel company (HTP) "Boka" from Herzeg Novi. The Hungarian "Hungest hotels" and "Euroil & INC Consortium", Croatian "Lavcevic DD", Russian "Slovenska alijansa" and Czech "PQ Consulting" handed in their offers. The property of HTP "Boka" among other things comprises the hotels "Plaza", "Tamaris" and "Igalo". Hungarian "Hungest hotels" is the owner of two hotels which used to be a part of "Boka", and the owner of 10% shares of that hotel company. (Review)
