Another auction of property of Concern Farmakom MB – Looking for purchaser for head office building, land, equipment...

The bankruptcy supervisor of Concern Farmakom MB has put the company's property up for sale through public bidding. The property consists of 11 lots.

Among other items, the property being sold includes the head office building in Sabac, at the starting price of RSD 30.5 million, as well as a part of the office facility on the corner of the Gospodar Jevremova Street and the Cara Dusana Street in Sabac, at the starting price of RSD 50.9 million. Another item being sold is an indirect extrusion press, at the price of RSD 16.8 million.

Furthermore, the property offered includes land and facilities in Zajaca, an apartment in Debrc, as well as various pieces of equipment in several locations.

The deposit payment deadline is August 2, 2017, and the public bidding is scheduled for August 10 at the Commercial Court of Valjevo.
