IMS Internet Media Services to buy majority share in Httpool
If it passes the stage of regulatory approval, the agreement will create one of the biggest companies for digital marketing and advertising in industry, which will provide support for more than 6,000 agencies and brands globally and be the exclusive representative of Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify and over 5,000 global and local advertising media in 30 countries of Latin America, southeast Europe and Asia, Httpool reported.
– This acquisition will enable IMS to develop some of the highest-potential geographies across Europe and Asia, and create a truly global company. IMS and Httpool together can offer an end-to-end solution in digital marketing campaign delivery, helping partners with our deep knowledge of local markets, and empowering local publishers, advertisers and thousands of digital professionals and entrepreneurs – said Gaston Taratuta, CEO and founder of IMS.
Aljosa Jenko, CEO and founder of Httpool, said that IMS and Httpool shared the same vision and that they couldn't have found a more suitable partner.
– The agreement is an important turning point for Httpool and an important acknowledgment of all our achievements so far. Joining forces with IMS will stimulate our accelerated growth, while, at the same time, enabling us to spread our own solutions globally.
