The hotel company Planinka, which contains the Prolom Voda filling plant, is officially leaving the stock exchange market, the Belgrade Stock Exchange reported.

The AGM of the company, held in April, reached the decision on leaving the stock exchange, where it has listed since 2007.

The shareholders who were against this decision had the right of buyback at the estimated value of RSD 31,941.53.

At the moment of leaving the stock exchange market, Planinka has over 400 shareholders, whereas the majority of the shares are held by the management and the employees, Wisebroker reports.
