MALI: Construction of luxurious complex in Kneza Milosa Street by 2020
As Beoinfo reports, Mali and the main city architect, Milutin Folic, hosted Nir Makdasi, representative of Israeli real estate companies, and Misa Markovic, director of KMR Development, who presented the project to be realized in the location of the US embassy in the Kneza Milosa Street, to be demolished by the end of the summer.
– This will be another symbol of Belgrade, which will be completed in around two and a half years. Along with the reconstruction of the Kneza Milosa Street, expected to take place next spring, this project will make one of the most beautiful boulevards in the city more complete. The realization of the project in the location of the former Ministry of Interior building, also carried out by an Israeli investor, will round up the new look of this part of the city – Mali said.
The architectural solution of the project has been put in charge of experts from Israel and Serbia. The solution entails the preservation of the facility's facade combined with modern elements and is meant to enable a new lifestyle in the very center of the capital of Serbia.
The project will be built and realized through a partnership of international companies and renowned Israeli real estate companies Almogim Holdings and Yossi Avrahami.
The complex will consist of 260 luxurious housing units, over 500 parking spaces, more than 5,000 square meters, and feature restaurants, shops, grocery stores and everything the apartment owners and their guests will need. Furthermore, the entire complex will have a pool, a gym, a space for leisure and relaxation, including gardens and a green belt modeled after similar complexes in other leading capitals of Europe.
The company's management announced that the demolition of the former US embassy building will be completed by the end of the summer. Shortly afterwards, the company will announce the opening of its new sales center, which will be located at 54 Kneza Milosa Street, as well as the beginning of the construction itself.
