The Israeli company MIVNE Group, the investor and operator of the Zemun Park, the first retail park in Belgrade, opened in 2015, is to considerably expand its offer. On September 2, 2017, the biggest Jumbo store in Serbia, as well as the Smokvica restaurant, one of the most popular restaurant brands in Belgrade will open in the Zemun Park, located at the very entrance to the city, next to the Belgrade-Novi Sad highway. The Zemun Park already features 33 sales outlets, including JYSK since recently, making the retail park filled to capacity.
Jumbo will take up nearly 3,000 m2 of the newly built space, and the latest construction technologies were used in its construction, so that the visitors would be provided with maximum enjoyment and flexibility of purchase in a whole new environment. Consumers will be able to buy over 30,000 exclusive items meant for equipping houses and apartments, baby equipment and school supplies in the store, and it will also be the biggest toy store in Serbia.
The Smokvica restaurant will spread on 400 m2 and offer various specialties and a specific approach to the food and guests, who have made it one of the fastest growing restaurant brands.
The opening of the new features in the Zemun Park will be accompanied by numerous attractions, both in the newly opened facilities and the rest of the park. The biggest children's playroom in Serbia, Epik, and the new Jumbo center will make the Zemun Park one of the most attractive destinations for family purchase and entertainment.
