Search for contractor for construction of 106 flats in Kraljevo - Works to start in November, deadline to deliver offers August 16

The Ministry of construction, traffic and infrastructure released an international call for bids for construction of a building comprising 106 flats within implementation of the Project of residential rehabilitation as earthquake consequences in Kraljevo.

It is the first stage which comprises all necessary construction, construction-craftsman and installation works on residential building with two blocks which should not last more than 18 months, starting November 2017.

As specified, planned residential facility will have 106 flats, from 27 to 122 m2, with common areas, with total gross area of 6.874 m2.

The project of residential rehabilitation from earthquake consequences in Kraljevo, it is added, is funded by the Republic of Serbia and the City of Kraljevo in cooperation with the Developmental Bank of the Council of Europe. The entire project comprises demolishing 21 existing buildings and construction of 4 new eight-floor building in a settlement in Dositejeva street in Kraljevo. Thus, 366 households whose flats were irrecoverably damaged in the earthquake 2010 will be relocated.

The project will be implemented in three successive stages and this public call refers only to the first one. Interested bidders can deliver their offers until August 16, 2017.
