Reconstruction of Pirot-based fortress Momcilov grad starts - Works total EUR 500.000

The fortress will be able to host the first visitors in the spring and the works on the reconstruction due to complexity will last 15 months, Pirotske vesti reports.

Representative of EU Oscar Benedict says that "thanks to excellent projects it applies with for EU programs, Pirot proved to be a city which is an example of good practice and which is a step ahead when it comes to EU joining process and life quality improvement".

The mayor of Pirot, Vladan Vasic, says documentation preparation was time-consuming process in cooperation with Nis-based Bureau for protection of cultural monuments.
