The Alfa Plam Board of Directors has decided for the company to be delisted from the Belgrade Stock Exchange (Standard Market). The company's shares will be included in the Open Market segment.

Alfa Plam was one of the first local companies to list, having done so in November 2008. Once the company leaves the listing, seven local companies will remain in it – Energoprojekt Holding, Nikola Tesla Airport, NIS and Sojaprotein in the Prime Market and Metalac, Komercijalna Banka and Jedinstvo Sevojno in the Standard Market, Wisebroker reminds.

The key difference between the statuses of companies in the listing and the Open Market is that the latter are not obliged to publish quarterly reports.
