Nikola Tesla Airport to pay dividend of RSD 56 per share from last year's profit
The minority shareholders will be paid RSD 41.29 per share (a total of RSD 238.6 million), whereas the remaining amount of RSD 877.2 million will be paid to the state, after the late 2016 payment of RSD 300 million.
The record date is November 25.
After these payments, the undistributed part of last year's profit will amount to RSD 1.8 billion. The Supervisory Board has therefore proposed to the General Meeting to set aside an additional RSD 503.4 million (RSD 14.68 per share) for the dividend, whereas the employees' share in profit would amount to RSD 138 million.
If the General Meeting approves this decision, the shareholders would be paid close to RSD 56 per share. The record date for the additional amount is December 31, 2016, Wisebroker reports.
