An Emmezeta outlet officially opened in Preljina, in the Cacak area, on May 31, offering a wide range of furniture and decorative items, as well as household appliances.
– We are proud to have Emmezeta open an outlet in Cacak. After Belgrade, this is their second store in Serbia, but to us it is the first one. Three months ago, we started renovating the facility, on which 100 people worked day and night – said COO of Emmezetta Serbia Aleksandar Pavicevic.
According to him, Emmezeta Cacak employs 55 people, and the subcontractors have employed an additional 15 workers.
Tonino Pereira, Director General of the Conforama Group, stated that the goal was to open a total of six Emmezeta facilities throughout Serbia.
– We will open another store in Belgrade, as well as new ones in Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Nis. We believe that we will thereby cover the entire state – Pereira pointed out.
– Depending on the size of the city, we are adjusting the size of the store, so this store in Cacak has 3,000 square meters, whereas the one in Belgrade has 15,000 square meters. As for the suppliers, 65% of them are from Europe, including Serbia, whereas the rest of the goods come from outside Europe – Pereira said.
Mayor of Cacak Milun Todorovic congratulated Pavicevic and Pereira for keeping their word, as they had agreed on the reconstruction of Aman six months before, and for deciding to make Cacak the second town to have this kind of a store.
Aside from the big parking lot outside the center itself, which is located right next to the roundabout in Preljina, the visitors have been provided with another advantage – the bus line of the company Autoprevoz from the school in Atenica to the Emmezeta store in Preljina.
